In addition to tools and features Cantina users can use to moderate their experience on Cantina, we also rely on a combination of automated systems and a team of T&S moderators to proactively detect, investigate, and enforce policy violations around the clock.
Automated Moderation
- We deploy a robust set of visual and text classifiers across select surfaces of the app to proactively detect severe policy violations, taking direct action (such as blurring or blocking), or escalating for human review.
Moderator & Support Team
- Outside of automated systems, we also employ a team of T&S and Support agents that are online 24/7 monitoring the safety of our platform. Cantina Moderators regularly join public rooms to enforce community guidelines and offer assistance for a safe and welcoming user experience. These agents have the ability to issue warnings, suspensions, bans, and file reports with law enforcement.
