You can make an HQ video right from your browser. Describe your story, review it in the editor, and generate your video when it's ready.

Web is in beta and may change. Cantina is supported on Google Chrome.
Start your video
- Click Create Video in the left sidebar.
- Make sure Video is selected, then describe your story: who's there and what happens. Type @ to add your characters as you write.
- Pick a camera style, such as iPhone Camera, iPhone Selfie, 4K Vlog, or Flash Photography, or keep Auto.
- Pick a length from 30 seconds to 2 minutes, or keep Auto. Videos are 9:16.
- Click the quality button and pick Normal (fast to generate) or Premium (highest quality, slower to generate).
- Click the upward arrow to build your story.
You can also set Characters, Wardrobe, Locations, and Objects with the icons above the prompt before you build.
Review before you generate
The editor opens with your story laid out before any video is made. In it, you can:
- Cast — add a character, or add an extra: extra people who help complete a scene, like a waitress who brings a slice of pie. Pick an extra you've made before, describe a new one, or upload an image.
- Script — read each clip's action, dialogue, and sound effects.
- Wardrobe and locations — change what a character wears or where a scene takes place.
- Starting images — change a clip's starting image by describing what you want.
- Clips — listen to the dialogue, change a clip's speed (0.5x to 2x), or delete it.
Generate and share
When everything looks right, click Generate. Your video shows in the bottom left of the screen while it's made.
To share it, click Share. You can add a comment, then Add to Show, Post to Feed, Add to Highlights, Copy Link, or Download. See How to Share on Cantina.
Tips
- Start with one or two characters, and give each one a clear role in your description.
- Direct the frame. Use screen left and screen right to place characters, and on frame and off frame to move them in and out of the shot.
- Review before you generate. Read the script and check your cast, locations, and wardrobe, then make your changes together. Each time you generate, it counts toward your daily HQ videos.
- Tell a longer story as a Show. Make each HQ video an episode, and add it to a Show when you share. See What Are Shows?
