If you experience technical difficulties or have feedback that you'd like to share with our team, there are several ways to reach us. In your communication, please include as much detail as possible such as the type of devices you're using, any error messages you saw, and screenshots.
Shake and report on iOS and Android:
The easiest and most efficient method to contact our team is to shake and report from the Cantina mobile app.
- Open the Cantina app on your mobile phone.
- Shake the phone until a pop-up appears, asking, "How can we help you?"
- Select "Report Problem" or "Suggest Improvement."
- Fill out the form with as much information as possible.

1. To submit feedback on iOS:
It is also possible to share feedback from inside the Cantina app.
- Open the Cantina app.
- Tap your avatar in the top left corner.
- Select Settings from the menu.
- Tap on Help.
- Choose Contact Us to compose and send an email.
2. To submit feedback on Android:
- Open the Cantina app.
- Tap Profile.
- Select Settings from the menu.
- Scroll down to Contact Us to compose and send an email.
3. To submit feedback on the Web:
- Click "Feedback" on the left-hand side of your home screen. If you're in a room, click "Feedback" below the chat box.
- Select which type of feedback you'd like to share.

To Report an Issue
- Add a comment and indicate your email address.
- You can also record a video of your screen so we can capture the error.
- Then click Submit.

To Send an Idea, fill out the form with the following details:
- Which feature are you missing?
- What problem would that solve for you?
- Email Address.
- Attachment of a photo or video.
- Then click Submit.

To Send General Feedback
- Click and drag to leave a comment
- Indicate your email address.
- Then click Submit.
