How to reach Cantina
If you experience technical difficulties or have feedback that you'd like to share with our team, there are several ways to reach us. In your communication, please include as much detail as possible such as the type of devices you're using, any error messages you saw, and screenshots.

Stuck on something? Found a bug? Have an idea you want us to hear? You've got a few ways to reach the team. The in-app options are fastest — they pull in your device and account info automatically, so you skip the part where you'd type all that yourself.

Shake to Report — the fastest path for any in-app issue
On mobile, just shake your phone. Shake to Report opens a feedback form pre-filled with your device and account info, so you skip the setup.If something looks off — a bot that's not behaving, an image that didn't render, anything that seems broken — Shake to Report is the path. Your report goes straight to the team with the context they need.To use it:- Open Cantina.
- Shake your phone. You should see How can we help?
- Tap Report a problem or Suggest improvement. If you tap Report a problem, you'll pick a topic next.
- Add as much detail as you can, then send.
Other ways to reach us from inside the app
iOS — through Settings
- Tap your profile.
- Tap the three dots in your profile.
- Tap App Settings.

Tap Help. You'll see three options:
- Help Center — articles and FAQs
- Contact Us — opens an email to send us
- Report content violation or report an issue — for flagging safety problems or bugs
Android — through Settings
- Tap Profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to Contact Us and tap it. Same deal — composes an email.
Web — anywhere on the site
- From your home screen, click Feedback in the left sidebar.
- Inside a Room, click Feedback in the Room menu.
Through our contact form
If you'd rather use the web, our contact form is here for you. The more you include, the faster we can help:
- A quick description of what happened (or what you'd like)
- The phone number or email tied to your account
- Screenshots or a screen recording, if you've got them
- Any messages you've already gotten from us about this
What happens next
Every report gets read. If we need more from you, we'll reply to the email or phone number on your account. If you reported a policy issue or unsafe content, our Trust & Safety Team article explains what happens once a report comes in.
