How to Update Your Phone Number

If you change your phone number, it is important to update Cantina with your new number to continue to have access to your account.

Your phone number can only be changed on the iOS or Android apps. 

To update your phone number on iOS:

1. Tap your avatar in the top left corner. 
2. Select Settings from the menu.
3. Tap Manage Account.
4. Tap your old phone number, then select Continue.
5. Input your new phone number and tap Send Code.
6. Enter the verification code received, and you're now all set.

To update your phone number on Android:

1. Tap Profile in the bottom right corner.
2. Tap or Settings.
3. Tap your old phone number.
4. Input your new phone number and tap Send Code.
5. Enter the verification code received, and you're now all set.

If you lose access to the telephone number, you may still be able to access your account with a verified email.

Note:  All rooms, messages and settings will be transferred to the new number. This change cannot be undone.
