Cantina is serious about creating a safe and welcoming community for all members. As such, we do not promote nudity or sexually explicit material, and prohibit all forms of exploitative sexual content. Anyone violating these policies is subject to account restriction, suspension, and possible termination.
Exploitative sexual behavior
Cantina defines exploitative sexual content as anything that exploits, harms or takes advantage of someone else for the purpose of sexual gratification or arousal. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to:
-
Sharing sexually explicit content or images of others without their consent
-
Sharing content that depicts or describes sexual activity involving individuals who are unable to consent due to incapacitation, mental disability, or coercion
-
Sharing content that depicts or describes sexual activity involving violence or deception
-
Soliciting sexually explicit material or acts in exchange for money or other favors
-
Content that depicts or describes sexual activity involving children (see our Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation policy for more information)
Nudity and sexual content
- We have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual content featuring people under the age of 18. We report all instances of sexual content involving children to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), and work with law enforcement when we assess a risk of child endangerment.
- Live streaming, photos, or videos that depict nudity, sex, pornography, or sexually suggestive content are not allowed in public rooms.
We understand artistic and educational content may sometimes showcase nudity, and we will make exceptions for this type of content as long as it does not violate our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any content we determine to be inappropriate or in violation of this policy.
What to do if you experience policy-violating content?
Please report content and/or behaviors that you believe violate our policies. Our team will review it and take appropriate action.
If you or someone you know is being exploited, contact the Cyber Tipline at https://report.cybertip.org/ or call (1-800-THE-LOST) for 24/7 support.
