Serial Flagger Policy

Cantina has several moderation tools available to help users design their own safe experiences on the platform. We rely on the reports from Cantina users to maintain a platform where groups feel comfortable expressing themselves and connecting.

When tools such as reporting a message, are used to bully, harass, or intimidate others it prevents our team from supporting users who are seriously in need. 

Serial flaggers are users who misuse or abuse the moderation tools may be subject to restricted access to tools, or other actions against the good standing of their account if their behavior remains unchanged.

Misuse and abuse of moderation tools include, but are not limited to:

• Flagging content that does not go against our community guidelines
• Continuous flagging of a user without taking other actions (i.e. blocking, removing from the room) to manage the situation
• Flagging content of a user because of a personal disagreement
• Ongoing and/or flagging of the same user
