How do I remove someone from my room?

As a room admin or a host, you have the ability to remove any member from your room.

Members that get removed from a room will not be able to come back into the room or be invited back into the room unless the duration that you select (1 hour, 1 day, or forever) has expired or a host of the room decides to add the member back. 

REMOVE A MEMBER

1. To remove someone from a room on iOS and Android: 

• Tap on the member's avatar.
• Tap Manage User (iOS).
• Tap Remove from room or Ban from room.
• Select how long you want to remove the member from the room and tap Remove.

2. To remove someone from a room on Web:

• Click on the room name and select member's avatar.
• Click .
• Tap Remove from Room.
• Select how long you want to remove the member from the room and tap Remove.

ADD A MEMBER

1. To add a member back to a room before the duration expires on iOS:

• Tap on the name of the room.
• Tap Edit Room.
• Tap Banned Users.
• Tap Unban to the right of the member's name.
• Confirm that you want to add this member by tapping Unban.

2. To add a member back to a room before the duration expires on Android:

• Tap on the name of the room.
• Tap on the right corner of the screen.
• Tap Edit Room Settings.
• Tap Removed Users.
• Tap Unban to the right of the member's name.
• Confirm that you want to add this member by tapping Unban.

3. To add a member back to a room before the duration expires on Web:

• Click the name of the room.
• Click Removed.
• Click Add Back to the right of the member's name.
• Confirm that you want to add this member by tapping Add Back.
