Emoji Reactions and GIFs

Cantina has various emojis, reactions, and gifs for you to use to enhance your group chat.  

The ability to use emojis, sound reactions, and GIFs in your Cantina room may be determined by the room's permissions. These features may be enabled or disabled by the room's creator or admin. 

GIFs

To share a GIF on iOS and Android: 

1. Inside your room, tap the in the chatbox to pull up the GIF selection menu.
2. Tap the icon to the right of smiley face.
3. Click the GIF you want to share, and it will automatically show up in the chat.

To share a GIF on Web: 

1. Inside your room, click on in the chat box. 
2. Search or scroll to find a GIF you want to share, and click it to share automatically in chat.

EMOJIS AND REACTIONS

To send reactions and sounds on iOS and Android: 

1. Inside your room, tap in the chat box to pull up reactions and sound effects.
2. The reaction you choose will float across the screen for all of the room members to see on top of whatever is on the stage.
3. Any sound you choose will play on top of any other audio in the room.

To send emoji reactions on Web: 

1. Inside your room, select  React from the bottom menu to pull up reactions.

To react to a message with an emoji on iOS and Android: 

1. Inside your room, press and hold the message or media in the chat that you want to react to in order to bring up the emoji menu. 
2. On iOS, you can tap "+" to see more emoji options.
3. Select the emoji you want to use and it will post instantly. 

To react to a message with an emoji on Web: 

1.  Inside your room, click next to the content you want to react to in order to bring up the emoji menu.
2. Select the emoji you want to use and it will post instantly.
